Here is what I'm doing its kind of a mixture of a 5x5.

Squat 115x5, 135x5, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5

Bench 45x5, 65x5 95x5, 115x5, 135x5

Dead Lift 115x5, 135x5, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5

I keep the same weight 3 work outs during the week, than try to go up 10lbs the next monday. Is that correct? Or should I be doing something different.

I'm doing a mix of press, row, curls instead of the bench and dead lift for the other 2 work outs. I just gave a example of my monday routine. I will get the exact numbers when wed and fri roll around.

I would love to add 10lb a week to lifts. But that was years ago lol. Now I am happy adding 2lb or even 1lb.. Unless i am on a damn good cycle.

Are you on of off bro?

and this should give you a good idea.

Lets hope he is clean.

10 lbs a week would be HUGE for me. If I could make 10 lbs a week every week, I'd be a world record holder in every lift known to man.

when i first started out i could make huge jumps in weight like that. once you add more weight, it slows down a little. id say keep doing it until you find a weight that you can barely do all of the last set of or fail on

I am doing the same workout and was happy that I went up 5lbs over a week. But my legs are giving me a fit, outer thigh and inner (next to knee) and immediately above knees are sore for a whole week afterward. So, I could only bench tonight.
