hello guys im newbie in this steroids worl i was thinking how much shoul i take i have sust 250 and deca 300 also im loading with 10 mg d bol take 2 to 3 every day i take my fist cycle for about 2 weeks ago 1 ml of sust and about 0,7 of deca and last monday i took second i was thinking maybe is better to take 500 of sust 2 ml per week or is this enough for amateur i didnt see any gains after this 10 days which i have been using this

Judging by your typing/grammar skills I am guessing that you are too young to be juicing. Your thoughts are so jumbled its ridiculous. However since you have already injected I guess I should school you for a second. First off deca and sustanon will take a good 3-4 wks before you see gains so 10 days is hardly long enough to start jumping to conclusions. If this is your first cycle then you are fine at 250mgs every week of sust and 300mgs a week for your deca. The dianabol has a half life of 3.5 hours so you need to take some every 3-4 hours to keep your levels consistent. Do us all a favor and read a bit before you go roid shopping again and start putting hormones in your body that you have no clue what they do. Do some research next time for crying out loud.

yes this is my first im think to use like i do now sust 2 times per 8 to 10 days and deca 300 0,7 to8 ml each week what you think about that

If this is your first ,then drop the Deca and keep it simple, the deca will keep for yrs stored properly, besides deca can have some nasty side effects, My suggestion is Sus -500wk, have armidex on hand and PCT before you even start.
