how much protien should i take?

hey u guys im going om my first cycle which is d-bol/sust

im 19 yrs old 190lbs going to train 6 days a week


whats a good amount of protien to eat each day, and is ginger root really helpful in the digestion,

in other words is it worth it, and will the gingeroot affect the dianabol? will it be ok to take ginger and d-bol at the same time?

YOU SHOULD TAKE ATLEAST 300 GRAMS A DAY SPLIT THROUGHOUT THE DAY. THATS IS 1.5 GRAMS PER LB. IT IS BEST WHEN EVEN AMOUNTS ARE GIVEN TO YOUR BODY FROM WAKE TO SLEEP WITH AN OVERLOAD AFTER YOU WORK OUT AND 1 HOUR AFTER THAT.

EXAMPLE
WAKE AT 7:30AM
50G AT 8AM
50G AT 11AM
50G AT 1PM
50G AT 4PM
WORKOUT AT 6PM AND DONE AT 8PM
80G AT 8PM
50G AT 9PM
SLEEP AT 10PM

THIS = 320GRAMS A DAY.

GINGER ROOT WILL HELP AND WILL NOT HAVE BAD EFFECTS WHILE ON DBOL OR A50.

80 grams of protein in one sitting seems like a lot even with ginger root. From the thread macro started it seems better to up the amount of protein to 60g each meal with ginger root supplementation.
 
Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think a person can effectively digest and absorb that much protein even after a workout. I think you need simple carbs more than protein post workout to replenish your glycogen storage.
 
This crackghead at the GNC told me you couldn't take in more than 20 grams of protin in one sitting, I argued with him for like 15 before I just told him to shut up and ring my shit up before I snap. Just for the record what is the max? I told him it was 60-80 depending on your body.
