How much protein can one really absorb

So I was wondering exactly how much protein one can absorb in a 24 hr. period. Realizing approx 8 hrs is sleep and I do have a shake before bed so that adds up to 30g. I am 195 lbs and I shoot for 350g but is that overkill or am I really absorbing all of it.
 
I believe that ginger root helps the body absorb up to 60g's in one sitting,however everyone is different due to age, metabolism. etc
 
I think you body is going to absorbs as much as you eat. The protein will get broken down into amino acids and a part of the aminos will be used for muscle building while some will be converted to glucose and possibly stored as fat. If you are not passing pieces of chicken into the toilet them obviously the protein has been digested and absorbed by the body.

350 grams a day at your wight isnt anything crazy, I got best ressults when i was eating around 680 grams at a body weight of 250lbs
 
Ginger root does not help with absorption, just digestion.

There are too many factors to say for sure, how much protein the body witll absorb at any given time, but only hydrolyzed and super plasma is completely absorbed.

Real hydrolyzed is inedible and super plasma is impractical to market.

Both are in gear in capsule form.

I think it depends on the individual,,genetics and such,,but I think for us most 40-50grams every 2-3 hours is easily
absorbed by the body.
 
i got the best results for mass building at 80g 10 times per day. of course i was runnin some high doses of gear and other stuff that helped this. at the time i was pushing close to 300lbs. i will never eat that much or be that big again. the combination of it all nearly killed me.

your diet looks fine.
