how much does your resting pulse change from caffeine/other BB stims?

i vaguely something about a previous internet friend who was massively addicted to BBC (big black cock). but persian is as persian does.

i'd like to try one of those things...a monster, or sobe AR SF.

right now i'm on caff/eph...200/25mg at a time. that gets the nervous feeling up and running. kinda' hate that.

never once has any of this shit picked me up for a workout.
yeah, speaking of high pulse look who it is, my old friend who abandoned me with no explanation who has driven me back to alcohol.

oh man jnevin I haven't been super drunk in awhile but when I do my heart beats so fast the next day, I think it's my heard trying to pump all the poison out.

I wouldn't care about the jittery feeling kinda like it if it weren't for the elevated heart rate. I have this strange suspicion that our hearts have a certain number of beats in 'em and I'm using mine up. but I hope working out counteracts that some.

damn man your resting heart rate is 70? do more cardio, long distance running would be good. You should try to get that down below 60, you are going to wear your heart out early!
really? this is what I've found:

Normal Values Return to top

For resting heart rate:

* newborn infants; 100 to 160 beats per minute
* children 1 to 10 years; 70 to 120 beats per minute
* children over 10 and adults; 60 to 100 beats per minute
* well-trained athletes; 40 to 60 beats per minute

When resting, the adult human heart beats at about 70 bpm (males) and 75 bpm (females), but this rate varies between people. However, the reference range is nominally between 60 bpm (if less termed bradycardia) and 100 bpm (if greater, termed tachycardia). Resting heart rates can be significantly lower in athletes.

lol you guys are pussies unless you can tolerate 2 StimX every morning.

and lol @ Lestat implying that he's a well-trained athlete. My resting heart rate was around 60 even when I was (am currently) obese. It's all relative.

Fixed.

Me too. :worried:
