I weigh 210 right now want to get to 225 or 230 by febuary(I know that at least half of the gain will be in fat) then I am going to try to diet down to 215 or 220 by June for my first competition ever(an all natural comp)
 
I am 17 and 200 lbs right now. Getting down to 180, just becusae im sick of the fat. Don't plan on competing anytime soon. Just want to cut.
 
I am 15 and i weigh 165. I am trying to keep the same weight but lose some fat and gain some muscle.
 
I'm 29 6ft and weigh 185. 6 months ago I weighed 220 and decided to drop down to 200 but once I got to 200 I was hooked on trying to lose as much bodyfat as I could so now I aiming for 180lb. Problem is that all my suits are baggy now.

Normally 225+ but had some surgery so I am currently down to about 213 but growing again. Aiming for 225 at least by the next 7 weeks, which I should achieve easily and then next cycle I wanna hit 238.
 
I'm 16 years old, 6'2", and 186 pounds at between 10-12% bodyfat... I've just started a fukking serious bulking program, and I hope to hit 225 @ sub-12% bf by next Summer. A hard goal, I know, but it is possible and worth striving for, in my opinion...
 
im 17(just) 190 not sure bf, its not heaps, im going to check, but want to get to at least 200(in the next few months) maybe a little more and have lower bf.

22, 5'4", 119lbs, 17.5% bf....lost 6lbs in 2 wks because i wasn't going to the gym....dammit! back into my protein diet and weight training as of yesterday....looking to get back up to 125-130

Been hovering around 228 - 230 Ibs for a few years now at about 14 % bf. Would like to get down to 8 - 10 % bf. Then I'll pack on the mass again.
 
I've been sick

5'11" and 213 lbs. today. I had a car mishap a couple weeks ago so I haven't been in the gym since. I will have tests next week to make sure I'm all right.

My goal is to maintain my weight/muscle mass and get down to 12% body fat. :twirl:
 
5' 8" - 175...aiming down to 165...but I better be able to still dead lift 405.

been training for 7 months

i am on a set diet now trying to lose fat and gain muscle, it takes a little longer but definately appears to work for me

well, it WAS working until I got the flu

OK...I guess I'm the senior citizen here....I'm 6'0" I started out 11 years ago at 170.....went to 252....took 9 months off and dropped to 236. I'm back at it now for 3 months and at 242.

Oh......I'm 52 years old !!!!!!!!!!

BF prolly around 20% (MOTHERFUCK! It is going to be a bitch getting lean at my age!)

It's kind of fun being big. People stare at me a lot. (I look a bit psychotic since I shaved my head. ) I do get a fair amount of room on the streets.

It's getting a little old though. I could do more stuff when I was smaller....
 
i kinda feel a bit depressed posting here seeing that all of you guys are either 200 lbs or more, or younger than me lol...but i weigh around 165 lbs at the moment at 12% bodyfat...im aiming for 175 lbs by jan 01 / 02...and hopefully stay pretty lean
 
losing it

just weighed myself at the gym, 212, I don't need to lose any weight, but would like to lose about 4 more pounds of fat. My ol' lady likes the look of my abs, just trying to keep them showing!!

I forgot my age and weight... I am 23 and stand tall and proud at 6'. Hey are there any majic pills out there for growing a couple inches taller? I wish!
 
I'm 6'1 217lbs around 13%bf. By April I hope to be 240lbs and around 10%bf. Then I'll hit a cutting cycle and be about 245lbs at 6%bf. That's if all goes to plan.

205-210(fluctuates) apprx 12% bf

Came down from 265 to 195 from a year and a half ago and now going back up but cleanly and leanly as possible.

Goal 220lbs by winter at same bf then bring back down to get shredded for summer.
