I'm 29 6ft and weigh 185. 6 months ago I weighed 220 and decided to drop down to 200 but once I got to 200 I was hooked on trying to lose as much bodyfat as I could so now I aiming for 180lb. Problem is that all my suits are baggy now.
Normally 225+ but had some surgery so I am currently down to about 213 but growing again. Aiming for 225 at least by the next 7 weeks, which I should achieve easily and then next cycle I wanna hit 238.
