WHOOHOOO, as of last saturday i weighed in at 261. Started at 272 before i started dietin down. Shooting for 215 or 230lbs. Oh yea I'm 6'1

Female - 29 yrs old - 5'5" - 142 lbs - 18.4% body fat - as of 5 Oct.

My goal is to maintain my weight/muscle mass and get down to 12% body fat. :twirl:
 
5' 8" - 175...aiming down to 165...but I better be able to still dead lift 405.

Hey, I'm 41 and will never get to be 205 @ 10% :(
