I do my really heavy sets with a 70 bar... and I'm 120. But my bench is really good. I can do 55 with one of the big bars with a 5 on each side for 10 reps. Grrrrrrr.......![]()
It is all a start.
I'd think that anyone could deadlift their bodyweight...or at least 125+% with some work...easily.
What are you doing to increase it?
