best ive done 132s for 5 reps on cycle
and 143s for 2 reps
atm doing 120s on a mild cut diet
pretty happy with those numbers
i think the hardest thing is getting the dumbell into postion, not actually shoulder pressing them lol
my goals 160s, then i wont take my shoulder development any further lol
90's for 10 it's weird I can rep 90's clean, I can do 95 for about 6 clean, but 100's only get like 1-3 and can't get any more out of the 100's
It's because the shoulders are a more slow twitch area, people tend to be able to do a high percentage of their max in shoulders exercises for a lot of reps.
