Turn 19 on tuesday, Im 6'1 200, can get 275x5 but have no clue as to my max, I havn't done that since summer. I think it my bench sux, but then again it will always suck
I use to be able to bench 125 to 175 pounds but I don't know how much I can lift now. I just had a baby boy over two months ago. So I haven't been lifting much.
I'm a sucky presser, my best bench was 245 for 3, but that was years ago. I usually don't do flat bench presses anymore. Mt overhead press sucks too, thought it's increasing , best is 185 for 4. However,I can barbell row 365 for 3,335 for 8, curled 185 for 4, my best squat is 615-parallel,525 below parallel for reps, deadlift 445 for 3 from the floor and 545 for 3 from below knee level.
