yes, that is what I do. Although I have been told to have white rice for that meal, I just don't like it. I love oatmeal, so I stick with it. Just take your ALA bro, and you'll be fine. As long as your basically in a depleted state, these high carb meals will not be stored as fat.
Cool, I've been using oatmeal as well for the second PW meal. I'm not a big fan of white rice either, unless I'm eating sushi
