off the juice for 6 months...switched to vpx sports decavar and have lost nothing and keep gaining....using this for post cycle crap before I hit some winny...
5' 11" 190 lbs. 225 lbs @ 6 reps. Max 1 rep. is 265 lbs. Not great, but a long way from where a came from 2 years ago. Usually incline after flat. Incline 225 lbs @ 2 reps. on my last set.
My weight lifting partner is an animal comparatively speaking. He is 5'8" 180 lbs. Max flat bench is 375 @ 1 rep. He's strong, but I close the gap on him a bit when we incline.
Damn its been a year since I posted this!!!! Well anyway heres my progress-
20yo 5'8 205(a good bit lower bf now!!) 485bp got a bench meet in dec hopefully i'll nail 500 there in the 198s. L8r bros
You wanna hear about a freak? how about benching 425 two weeks after your 16th birthday He is currently an elite level college athlete who benches close to 600 at around 240. I would have not believed it unless I saw it. The thing is he does not even know what a MRP or whey is, not to mention anything about AAS. I could only imagine combing his freak genetics and a little juice would do. Damn freaks. And he does not have stumps for arms, more like a Jevon Kearse like wing span.
I was playing around one day just to see about how much i could bench and ended up getting 495 x 2 then got 505 once but did't try any more. That was enough for me, plus i doubt i could have got any more without wraps or a shirt. My most impressive lift was the military which i put up 455 with out a spot. Of course i was eating 2 ad a day.
