how much can you 5*5 sq and dl?

i'm starting to get back into 5*5 mode after a 5-6 month span of fluffer exercises and pussyness
currently at 405 for both, microloading each week 5 lbs
 
I just printed out the 5*5 link someone posted yesterday and am going to give it a run. DL I could maybe get 465, but that's with straps. I know I could squat 405 5 times, but I just have that fear that something could go "pop" and I'd be fucked if I went for more.
 
Bench is 335 5x5
DL probably low 500's, I haven't trained it in a 5x5 style for years. I usually go from 405 X10 to 585 for 3.
Squat, low 500's I've been doing front squats for several months and I do 315 in a 5x5 with them.

i don't wrap my knees untill i get to doing singles...and this gives me quite a boost, so my 5*5 sq is not a good factor in determing 1rm steez
i dread 5*5 sq day

The heaviest I ATF is 275. I don't stop above 90 either. I just have hip flexor issues, so going that deep with a lot of weight can lay me out for a couple of weeks.

my squat lags mega, its probably 275-295 range for 5x5

dead 5x5 is about the same as yours...405

I can't imagine my deadlifts and squats being as close as some of these guys. I was putting up 405+ on deads before I ever hit a 315 squat.
 
5 is too many worksets of of such a compound exericse for me


fries me in out in a matter of weeks every time


recent bests are a 315x15 squat and 515x2 dead and 435x8 dead
 
550 3 max rep squat on my 8th week of 5x5 right now....450 3 max dead lift
375 3 max bench,265 3 max mp,curls 160x8 ya curl is week I used to do curls on the cables with 210 then switched back to bar bell when I started the 5x5 and its killing my rists.this 5x5 is the fucking shit it realy is though I love it...only thing is one wendays I do
leg press instead of squat because I love all the people staring at me when I diesel 1200lbs gets me pumped when people stare like that.

Weighing ~205? Assuming you can 1RM a bit over 600 for each and have a bench in the mid 400's, you're at or near a competitive level for the men's open in some powerlifting federations already.

I can pull more than I can squat. Barely.
 
Currently not squatting or deadlifting. I do stiff-legged deadlifts. All of my leg work is on machines now and I haven't lost any size and my joints feel better. Squatting is a bitch on the knees.
