I hated being above 200 myself. Could barely tie my shoes and running/jogging was the most unjoyable part of the day.
190 I prefer, chisled. I feel better lean, more energy, light on my fat, not sluggish. but with the adonis complex it's hard for us men to find something we like when we know we can get bigger.
I want people to look at me and wonder if I lift dump trucks or eighteen wheelers for a part time job. Not terribly concerne dw/ being ripped. 15% is good for me...
