I'm 6'0 tall.
Like 225-230lbs at 6-7% bodyfat would be perfect for me. Right now I am around 225 but at like 12% bodyfat or so.
I'm hoping to use this off-season time to really grow and put on some mass so that I can shred up for the summer. I hope to be the same weight I am now, just replace the fat with muscle. I think it can be done within the 2010 year if I really try.
