I used one serving (2 caps) ebfore workout and didnt really notice much. I just started using it last week. The other day I used 4 caps before workout and it was noticeably more effective.

i called and spoke to a lady (who had a lovely accent by the way) who said it shouldnt be a drama sending to australia. i will purschase vigor in the next week or 2. cheers nelson. i will be making a thread with my experence on vigor also...
