That is only a half-truth my friend. You still have to take advantage of good genetics to obtain good abs...IE training them.
I'm sure the abs of someone who never trains them and the abs of someone who religeously trains them will be very different, even when all other variables are constant.
twice a week and sometimes in-between sets, sometimes. abs look good, I like to do sit ups witha partner tossing a medicine ball back and forth. I hate him for it.
Never. I might have good genetics in this area, but I also see other people that work the hell out of they're abs and they never see improvement. Diet and increasing your lean muscle mass to increase metabolism is the key to ripped abs. IMO
