How many supplements do you take?

caffiene before i train if im feeling tired

most supps are bullshit. and i wouldnt trust the hacks making them to dose them properly. theyre just not regulated enough. backyarders!

I'd believe the same thing if I worked around pharmaceuticals all day long.

yeah if you had picked up as many irregularities in supp formulations as i have, id say you would too. the latest one doing the rounds is this red "cell biology" bullshit that claims to have about 2.5g of some very difficult to dissolve stuff per ml of syrup, all the while looking like nothing more than honey - and as much as i say at the gym that the stuff is total bullshit, people just dont take the info in. they deserve to be scammed

the herbals are classic for that sort of thing as well...people jsut dont know the difference between the amount of active in a piece of stem compared to a bit of leaf

supps are total scams. im going to start my own company one day ;)
