How many of you wake up in the middle of the night for a protein shake or food?

i know, i am actually starting to feel bad for 40 but pumpin....asked a normal question and now we are talking about sex (or proposed sex <ahem>) with 15 year olds. lol. i am just jealous because my 16 year old can't never get out of the house to get with me. :mad: damn overprotective fathers. :p
 
Sure always hungary, always pee at least once a night, like cottage cheese with fruit, if none then raisins and almonds will do fine
 
I keep a box of cereal (grape nut O's) by my bed side, I always find myself waking up with the munchies and eating then falling back asleep.
 
If I happen to wake up I almost always gulp a quick glass of milk with some whey protien
 
I try my best to avoid eating in the middle of the night...trying to break tha habbit. Ever since I was a kid I'd wake up a few times in the night and just eat, and not even really knowing what I was doing, like an altered state on conciuosness......ended up putting on a lot of fat because of this.

20 grams of whey middle of the night will not put fat on you (100 cals)...but it will keep nitrogen balance positive. ;) eating two pieces of pizza and a beer will make you fat though. :FRlol:
