How many of you juicers have met these benchmarks?

not sure what my maxes are in any lift. I just started lifting again in March after being lazy for 1 1/2 years

right now after 3 months I am

MP 185 x 4 I think
Bench 275 x 4
Squat 315 x 4
DL 315 x 4
 
Found this old thread and thought I'd bump it...
my Squat is now 1.95 x BW and Deadlift is now 2.55 x BW

juice works :)
 
Currently back in gym after 3 month hiatus due to shoulder injury

Pre injury- body weight 217
Military 1.27 275 lbs
Bench 1.77 385 lbs
Squat 1.45 315 lbs.......never been into squatting
Deads 2.51 545 lbs :evil:
 
I def agree though you dont see many people squatting more than 275-315, deadlifting more than 315, benching more than 275, and mp more than 225.
Gotta see the looks i get when I DL or when i shrug on the smith machine maxxed out with 16 plates :evil: people def stop to spectate.
What amazes me is how some of the big guys dont even put up close to anything i consider heavy....how did they get big without lifting big?????
