How many Hydros a day does a brutha need

to take? This back shit has got me popping bout 3 ES's a day, but fuck they work. A hydro and I'm ready to fist fuck bitch's eye sockets, without them I'm not wanting to move.

Thanks bro, thats what I was thinking. I see where peeps get fucked up on that shit, I take one at 11am and by lunch Im pumping iron in the gym for 2 hours, done it for 3 days strait with a fucked up back, and felt fine till the shit wears off and I am hurting so bad I can't breath.
 
which ones you get ngr? 10/325s?
I have no idea bro I will look when I get home, all I know is its Vicoden ES and I got 30 of them.

Youre on your way to pain pill addiction bor, quit working out and rest your damn back, it was a serious injury if i recall, and will never heal if you keep jooing yourself out of rest.

dont smoke anything when you have a soft tissue injury bro, it can cause a massive flare up and increase inflammation.

dont sit for more than 20 mins without a lie down or walk around, it puts double the stress on the back vs. standing. and ice that bitch down 20 mins on 20 off and repeat until you think yur good.

personally i'd try to take the vics at the end of the day, or evening if possible.. lots of time pain is worse after the accumulation of movement. try the nsaids in the morning and see how that does.

i agree, pain is there to prevent you from re-fucking yourself up.

using them to inflict more damage is the ultimate strongbow (aka uneducated retard) move.

only take your weak ass fake hydros before bed, to allow you to sleep through the night without waking up from pain... thats prob why you were prescribed them, not so you could use steroids and become a cripple

smoking will introduce toxins into the body (yeah even ganja) due to organic plant material that is absorbed in the lungs/blood stream. i think its especially important to avoid this with acute injury and inflammation. with cumulative trauma, smoking may not cause a drastic flare up but it will over time slow the healing process.

so if you are in the middle of trying to heal up an injury, you should keep the smoking to a minimum regardless. but i would absolutely avoid it in a case like strongbow's.

invest in a vaporizer, it lowers toxins from smoke by 65% from what ive read :rasta:
 
norco 10's or 1000mg vics was the beginin pathway to both my cousin's heoin addiction. now they are both dead and left their mom all alone. it started with the vics, progressed to oxycontin then the oxy's were too expensive and heroin did the same thing but was 80% cheaper. they started snorting it and quickly progressed to slamming dope iv. please stop before you start getting dopesick from withdraw. take ibuprofen or something anti inflammatory.

i dont think there were any sources sited rob. but if you've ever tried a vaporizer, it sounds plausible. plus theyre awesome in other ways.
