I've been having trouble sleeping lately. I usually get tired when I have a full stomache...especially right after a protein meal. So what I've been doing is having a huge shake right before bed, and a cajun turkey sandwich on wheat. I've been using protein factory's night formula because it's slow digesting, with 2 cups of milk. That usually makes me pretty tired.
I have always had trouble sleeping, ever since i was young. I have found that the best thing to help sleep is weed. Now if i could just get my doc to prescribe some ghb
i thought ambien would be cool, but it is lame as fuck.....i popped two 10mgers last night and only got 5 hrs sleep at most with a groogy feeling......i thought that shit was supposed to give you 8 hrs and you felt like a champ.......... xanax seems to work best for me........also weed but it fucks with the lungs
