how many cals a day you take in?

thanks Tex I wish I could fit in one or more solid meals a day as over half my protein comes from shakes, although on the week end I eat more food/less shakes because I have more time...it's easier to slam a shake than to choke down 3 chicken breasts...better in time and better that the boss doesn't see you choking on the feathers....he he......:p :D
 
man if you guys really weight that much with such little BF its impressive. isnt it uncomfortable though?
 
I take in around 2200-2300 cals a day. Starting to drop carbs under 100mg a day and I try to get a minimum of 270 grams protein. Im 5'8 195 at 8% trying to get down around 6 or so.
 
2000-2200 cutting (now)
3400 or thereabouts bulking (not now :D)

usually hover around the 245 mark (depending on what i am doing at the time) at 6'2". slower metabolism.
 
definately the smallest guy to post in this thread but here goes.. its all relative i guess :)

i take in about 250 - 300 g protein and

1500-2000 cals a day

im really trying to loose the last bit of fat i have and get down to the weight i want to compete at

this seems real low but i ease my way down here.. keep protein high and i dont loose strength
 
Jason Strong is my new role model. I have no idea how you get down 2 pounds of hamburger meat in one meal. I currently weigh 245 pounds with about 6-7% bodyfat. I have a very high metabolism. I am eating 5000 calories/day to maintain my weight (I'm off cycle). When I bulk I take in about 6000. I would take in more but that is all my body will allow me to take in without throwing up. I will have my days that I can down 8000 calories but after a week or two of that I start to get literally sick of eating and take in primarily shakes and force them down. Hopefully this offseason my appetite stays up. I also take in 450-500 grams of protein/day but would like to take over 600 grams/day this offseason. - cbeaks

Bet the toilet paper bill is high. I'm really impressed at your dedication to food. No way I'm waking up to eat but I'm a lazy ass and need 10 hrs sleep.
 
Wow I get about 200 to 220 grams a day and about 3500 to 4000 calories a day, but I'm 17 and I haven't touched a prohormone/roid yet. I'm 5'11'' I weigh about 195 right now and I'm like 17%bf which isn't great but I'm gaining size in all of my areas and I'm dropping inches from the waist at the same time.
