2 and constantly mixing it up so my body doesn't get accustomed to training, and to keep my muscles in a constant state of shock to continue their growth.

I think thats kind of an odd question......I do one per day with "other stuff" thrown in about every week to every other week....

Here is a typical Monday (chest day) workout:

Flat Bench- 2 warmup and 3 working sets
Incline bench- 3-4 sets
Decline bench 3-4 sets
Flat Dumbell Flyes 3-4 sets
Pec Deck Flyes
Dips

usually about halfway through I will mix in cable crunches (4 x 20), oblique crunches on the back ext bench, and hanging leg raises.......

I also do about 4-6 sets of standing bicep curls on chest day because my arms lag
I mix up triceps on back day (Tuesday) the same way and then work arms separately on Thurs......

2 body parts .. Except on rare occassion where I mix it up where I can go from a total body workout to just one bodypart a day.

id say 1 or 2, if u dont really count bicept/light forearms a 2 muscle workout, back/abs,and shoulders/light traps, but i do do chest/tricepts which i consider 2 major muscle workout.

I work one body part on leg, arm, and back days. Two body parts on chest and shoulder days.

I'm spent after doing legs and back. Arms I save for the last part of the week as they get a good workout anyway on chest and back days.

Uh? So you guys don't do abbs? I would say three per day.
Back and Tri's + Abbs
Chest and Bi's + Abbs
Shoulders and Legs + Abbs
Day off is Cardio + Abbs!

my current prog
mon chest-tris-abs
tues back-bi-forearm
wed off - but ususally go in for abs, stetching, sprints, jumprope, speedball
thurs - all legs
fri - shoulders-traps-abs

My leg workout is too intense to even consider slipping another bodypart in (besides abs).
Wish I could though.

Chest, back abs...
Bis, tris, delts...
Legs...

So 3 body parts per session...

lol @ people counting "legs" as one body part.

Nigga you know what we mean lmao quads hams and calves... just like saying arms would be bis tris and delts haha

Right now 3 or more. Supersets for muscle build. Will change soon to heavier lifts less reps, less body parts. strength and power.
