How Many Actually Weight Their Food

I just read what is on the package for things like chicken.

I do measure my oatmeal etc. all the time. When it becomes a habit it becomes easy.
 
I rarely weigh my food.
Usually the packages have the weights printed on them and it is easy to make an intelligent guess.
 
I used to weigh my food, jus doing it after a while gives you an idea of what 28g looks like and 3 oz etc etc
 
I measure it, read the product label, or SWAG-scientific wild ass guess. I also use a program by Mobiteq called "Total Fitness". Has over 5000 food items, plus the ability to add your own values for custom meals or food products. Tracks a lot of other stuff too. I am sure it is accurate to a degree, but most importantly it allows you to see how you are trending in quite a few areas-calories, fat, carbs, weight, protein, etc...
