How long would it take to get muscle working out?

the sad part..lots of folks have been training regularly every day at my gym 1-2 yrs later....they look the same as when they first started..maybe a few have changed a lil bit,it bottoms down to grabbing a note pad keep a training log..list your diet & goals and stick to it......Fail to plan=plan to fail.

You guys are all wrong. Bill Phillips and the EAS Challenge has proven that in as little as 12 weeks you can acheive a new body. But you HAVE to use EAS products.

Also, check into using the Bowflex. It's the patented power bands that really madke a difference.

The abdominator will in conjunction with "7 minute abs" will give you that 6-pack.

I love this quote!
Bill Phillips is alright... But you don't have to use his product. Or was it a joke?

I love using other products like: Deca, Fina, Cyp, dbol (Russians), liquidex (thanks, Huck), you name it... Too bad Spectro is gone (he says while dropping a big Russian tear)...:p

well i am a new guy to the gym life, so maybe i can give u some good advice. i started at the other end compaired to u, as i was very underweight and trying to bulk up, but the ideas are still the same. As everyone here, and everywhere for that matter, will tell u, diet is the #1 key. This is something that u should dedicate some time to researching. U can spend all day in the gym and gain nothing without a correct diet. When u get your diet in check, u need to find a training program that applies closest to what u are lookin to achieve. And the MOST important key is dedication. No matter how long it takes u, if u stick with it u will be happy with the results. Like i said, i was very skinny when i started, and have been working out for about a year. I have put on about 32 pounds in that time, due to research, a good diet, training hard, and great dedication. No where near as big as i want to be yet, but not giving up. Get it all together and stick with it and u will get where u want to be
