I was in an arguement with my DAD......I say you can lift 45min to 1 1/2hr and do a workout (ie- like DC style) and get big, cut, ...basicly the rusults you want. My dad says no, atleast 4-5 hrs in the gym...he says thats the way pro body builders have to do it to get big. Im like ok old school if your talking about Arnold or something....so any way his challenge was me to disprove me or atleast find a pro who doesnt need as much time in the gym to get big. Tell me whats up!
