How long can one keep bodyweight up when off gear before weight drops?

Yo guys I am back for the day only :(
Just one Q... I came off gear (prop only) 5 weeks ago and am currently 204lb now at 9% body fat. My pre gear weight three years ago was 182, could I realistically maintain 204for ever if I keep training and eating well or will over the space of many months my weight wither down to 182 again?
If I run more gear I would only gain like 7-8lbs with prop and adex so thinking about staying steroid free for months to come if I can maintain this size..
Views?? :)

well if the cycle worked and you gained muscle, you should keep it unless you let your body eat it away by not training eating etc. If you are as lean as you say you are most of what you gained should be permanent...you may lose a little density and maybe some sharpness, but i'd say you will hold most of that weight bro

ah thats cool, 204 is a good weight for me just now off all gear. If i can maintain I may just sharpen up to 200lb at lower body fat % for the summer and stay off gear :)

How do you know your 9% ... are you guessing or have you had a hydro or caliper test ?

I'm very fortunate as the local university is always looking for test subject for there students ... as long as you don't mind sitting in the tank and listening to the instructor say the same thing over and over again to the students then the price is definatly right " FREE " ........

I think i've had about 15 hydro tests over the years

9% with calipers.. Would be interesting to check under water bf?
Boxer,

Whats the lowest yours has been underwater? Also, do yuo find calipers and underwater similar?

My weight before gear was 170, I'm guessing my genetic limit was/is about 180. I have no problem maintaing 195-200 lbs when off cycle.

But then again, I'm never "off" for very long. Hahahahahaha

I think the answer lies in how long have you been training. If you have been training a very long time i would say that you will have trouble maintaining that weight without going back on sooner or later. If you have been training for just a few years I would say you probably can keep it. That's how it was for me at least. It gets harder and harder to maintain as you become more trained.

If your diet is right, you can keep the weight and gain more mass over time.

you mean to say that you actually think you can lose weight at 204 being natty? how tall are you, how many yrs have you been lifting and how many cals/day, gms of protein/day do you eat?!
