How is everyone's training going?

I decided to make a serious thread today. Maybe I'll hit you guys up with some DUSTY threads later, but this one's serious.

How is everyone's training going? Those who are cutting, how's the progress coming along? Shadow? Bigdawg? How about the girls? How are all of you doing?

Mine seems to be a bit stale this week. I think I'm gonna evaluate the ol' diet and cut it down like 200 cals or so, and keep it mega-strict for the next couple weeks (which may be tough. My birthday is coming soon. ;)) I'm still hittin up the ECA twice a day, and will probably increase the dosage a bit.

I'm still keeping muscle. Haven't lost much at all during the dieting. :) Strength seems to be drifting off though on things. Chest strength specifically ... Shoulders seem to be staying strong. Back too. Bis are weaker. Oh well.

Anywho, I'ma do some deads tonight. It's gonna rule.
 
Great!! I added 10 lbs to my deads this week going to try for 20 next week!
Oh yeah changed up my leg training yesterday did 4-5 sets of 20-25 reps lighter weights my bootay is in pain.

Other than the fact that I'm so sore I need a winch to get myself out of the rolley chair today.. good. :) I kind of messed up the past 2 weeks, skipping meals and not getting enough sleep, hence poor workouts.. but I'm back on track again now. Tonight is back & bi's.. rarrr!! I wonder if I can convince someone to piggyback me between equipment so I don't have to walk..lol
 
I am getting a great workout with the added weight of my new ass cheek.

Can't walk, can't train on my Windcheetah, can't sit down, can only lay face down... the horror. Tried to do shoulders yesterday, no go, everything is connected to my new leetle friend, it seems.
 
Chest strength is going down the shitter. Always does when I slim down some. Otherwise things are pretty good. Pulled 5 bills last night for a double. Tuesday 355x3 on zerchers.

Cutting is going good, strength has either been maintained or gone up on all lifts and so far have shaved 3 1/4 inches off the old waist line and am seeing some new vasucalarity I haven't had before in my arms and shoulder area.

I have dropped my overall volume of sets the last 3 weeks to take a bit of load off my tendons to help heal some injuries. So far seems to be working as my joints feel best they have in a while, not healed but a helluva lot better.

Am picking up my pics at lunch today so I post some up after lunch.
 
Cutting is goign very very slow. I've gained a little strength so, I can't complain. Maybe I should add some cardio... but I'm convinced it reduces muscle mass.

maybe for some but not for me. I am doing it 5 days per week.
 
231lbs, 6%bfat,you can actually grab every single ab as if it were a door knob, that's how indented the shit is, ridiculously strong on every and any lift known to man, because of the shape, density, muscle maturity and overall size I look around 245lbs, training is beautiful, I recommend swimming for all cardio, it owns anything else for completeness, I also recommend being natural for life, peace
 
Not good. Slowly coming back from a pretty severe injury in March. I screwed up my back (sacrum?). Doing what? Deadlifts......
I ended up doing three weeks of therapy!
In pain, doing a bunch of pussy exercises. It was maddening.

Lower body sucks. Upper body looks good.
I'm getting to old for this.......

It's hard for me to set goals so I just take every day individually. I have to say though that when I get a good strong workout in it makes me feel REALLY good.

Last night was shoulder and tris. Had shitty workouts on Mon and Tue. I forced some extra good calories in and thought to myself, "Self - let's whoop some silly little gymboy ass."

Strapped on a 25# plate for some dips... then had to graduate to a 35#... and to finish off all the sorry ass motherfucker boys I strapped on a 45# - banged out a set of 7 reps, dropped the belt and plate and went to failure.. cranked out about 9 more reps.

Got a good pump... put the equipment away, had the little boys running and all the women laughing at 'em.


God, I love those days when I feel strong. :qt:
 
surprisingly well, considering i have not been getting enough cals (work is taking a lot of actual, work, so not cool)

think i am soon gonna rearange to have more pro, less carb, and throw in a lil cardio

and the shoulder is getting better, did 185 x 8 militaties, so hopefully i will be back to 225 pretty soon

Did pretty good this week.....letting myself have some treats while working them into my diet so as to avoid junk food binges and that has eased off the pressure & obsession a bit....

Got some cardio in & some walking.....Did all my lifting this week & was able to do it all even with these GD muscle spasms in my right trap....oh the pain!! Haven't gotten good sleep this week with it....I need a massage....
 
I lifted yesterday for the first time in a few weeks cuz of moving and being busy at work etc. Im gonna go tear it up in the gym today after work. I need it. Bad.
 
my bi's are weak now, and chest is stagnating. but i'm getting fucking cut and had 2 weeks of light lifting and now i'm back on to break some PR's
 
Training is coming along fine but slowly. I'm fighting my allergies as well as work and studies. I'm not in the shape I want to be but I can tell from the reactions of the other gym members that I've changed. The haters that were heckling me back in February are trying to strike up conversations now.
 
Training's going like shit! Back pains and tendonitis in both arms has got me down to one day a week.
 
pretty good here, lost some bf and setting PRs (albeit small ones) on almost every lift, maintained weight as well..so i guess its all good!
 
I lifted once In the last three weeks,I just lost focus I guess,now I started pct and am mind fucked thank you clomid
