How important is Sleep?

DJ_UFO said:
buddy you need to learn before you touch the sauce. There's a triangle with key factors that should never be sacrificed. They are Training, nutrition and rest. Those are the key factors for building muscle. You drop one and you are wasting your time.

You asked how important is sleep?

divide 100 by 3 being 100 a hundred percent of your maximum developing potential and 3 the three key factors explained above.

100/3= 33.33333

The answer is, sleep represents the 33.3% of your muscle building progress. That's how important it is.
Exactly

I think you are all overplaying the importance of sleep here. Rest 33% yes, but sleep 33% no. If with 5 hours of sleep, you still find the energy to do a 45 minute long intense workout, and stick with an impeccable eating regime, i'd say go ahead with AAS (as long as you're ready otherwise!) Tho, if you can't perform your natural bodybuilding "duties" at the moment due to tiredness, don't touch AAS.

I think you guys are all full of crap about all that sleep being important. I shot up a gram of winny last night and slept for 13 hours and I am not any bigger. :nighty:

and yes I am joking.....geesh.
