Ok, I gotta say I was getting fat with some time off, sodas and junk food, but I tried a little sopmething that has been working for me. In May I weighed 217+ I spent time in the gym lifting and not doing much cardio because I f'd up my knee. I took DNP and lost like 10lbs in a week, but 5 lbs came back in the following two weeks.
Fast forward to 6 weeks ago. I weigh in at about 208 with a 36" waist (I was a 32" one year ago) on August 1st. I cut out sodas from my diet July 1st to drink apple (not concentrate), cranberry juice (not concentrate) and Sunny Delight mainly with plenty of water daily. I went over to massquantites and picked up some triple threat. I bought some plain Quaker oatmeal, all natural peanut butter, some chicken breasts, Van de Kamps "honey wheat berry" bread and cans of tuna.
7am: wake up and take a 16oz protein shake.
9am: eat a cup of plain oatmeal with no sugar, some cinnamon (you get used to it fast)
10am: sit at my desk
12pm: all natural peanut butter and honey sandwich on honey wheat berry bread.
5pm: leave the office
67-pm: either a preseasoned chicken breast from the grocery store, or a tuna sanwich with a splash of mayo.
8pm: rehab for my knee
I DO OFTEN STRAY AT LUNCH AND EAT CARL'S JR/TACO BELL/WEINERSCHNITZEL. I know that is bad, but hey, a little reward every now and then ain't bad. Note that there is NO serious cardio in my daily routine because of my knee still.
So today I weigh myself in at 185 34" waist. I am 5'11" and will be 32 this week. I know with the liquidclen and t3 I just got from ag-guys, I should shed some more, especially since I just got a brand new Colnago bike ($5k!!!), so I should drop weight again really fast. Then I will do another bulk cycle.
