I am 33 years old my height is 5.6 and my weight is 233 pounds which is too much, I sufferings from Covid-19 few month ago. In the era I gain many fate around my hip and belly, Can anyone suggest me something affordable ?

start with a low carb and high protein diet and lots of cardio
