My stats are as follows: 58 years old, 238 pounds. I would like to drop about 20 to 30 pounds.
When it comes to tirzepatide, I would like to reduce my appetite so I can cut down. Do you think 2 mg a week for six weeks and increasing it to 3 mg for an additional six weeks would be a good one?

Bros, You don't want to run too much trizepatide. It can cause stomach issues so it's a good idea to start on the lower end. Maybe 1 mg and work your way up.

Tirzepatide is definitely the GOAT but you want to try and run it at least 6 months. You'll get the most benefits that way. If you don't run it long enough, you won't be able to take full advantage.
