soy is bad.
soybean oil is worse.
hard to find sushi that isn't drenched in soybean oil. so my answer is no its not healthy UNLESS you make your own from scratch
have a fish/brown rice/veggie meal instead.. its the same thing as sushi but without the soy and fillers
typically the 'guys' i see at sushi bars are either overweight fat farts or skinny dweeb types. there is a reason for that. soy increases estrogen in the body and its like a magnet for bad things. and don't even get me started on the salt content in soy sauce. its like argueing the difference between a real authentic Italian pizza and the crap that is sold at Pizza Hut or papa johns. i think native Japanese who eat at american sushi restaurants are disgusted by the sorry excuse for sushi that is sold here. and vice versa if we went to Japan and saw a mcdonalds we would laugh at how the japanese think that is what americans consider a quality burger, its the same principle. I will make my own burger made of 100% grass fed beef on a wheat bun with real ketchup.. not the sorry excuse of a burger that is known as the big mac.
