How has tren affected you?

Just wanting to know how other bros are coming along.
It has done wonders for me even with the sides.
Stats;
Before: wt 180, BF 10.5, BMI 24, training since 07. Bench max 305, isolate curl 35.

After 8 wks: wt 205, BF 8.50, BMI 27.80, bench max 350, isolate curl 75

These results may be lower than some have experienced. I do 3 sets of 8 and add 5 lb per set.

Mon- back
Tue- bis/tris
Wed- chest
Thur- shoulders
Fri- abs and legs

1cc tren ace @ 100/1 EOD, 1.5cc sustanon @ 300/1 wk.

I was taking more stuff but it was non AAS. After I got use to all the sides i really fell hard for what the results were.

you weigh 205 and benching 350 is pretty damn good. could u have gotten there naturally? maybe but more likely not. that is what makes tren the king of AAS

a lot of people online exxagerate how much they bench. but really anyone who can bench 350 on or off roids and who weighs under 210 pounds is still in the top .5% of the overall population if you think about it. most people can't even do 135 out there. even guys at the gym who are there religiously struggle to do 2 plates

This is me bro.... Bench is my weakest point... I can hit 225x12 times... but struggle to 315 1 time.... I can put up the 100 db 12 times, but chest is my weakest... Before my tren run, i was struggle to hit 195 one time.... Granted this was almost 1.5 years ago... 350 is a beast bench dude, 90% of people will never see that in there lifetime.... Kid i work out with has only had 2 runs, one was SD at 30mg for 4 weeks, and EPI for 4 weeks, and he is hitting 305 x 10 times.... Fucking 20 years old... shit makes me so pissed... And hes planning a Prop/Tren/SD run... Very interested to see his gains.. And he maintains sub 8% in his off season...

Genetics play a huge role muscle development..

I will change my training routine to increase my bench in the near future, but until then, back twice a week. Row day and Lat Day, Deadlift with legs... Im off all juice right now and still maintain all gains made from tren... have been off 6 months since PCT...

I never liked benching as I could never get much weight. I started on the bench about 8 months ago and maxed at 175 sad I know, after going at it for about a month I remaxed and hit 315 barely one time. I worked out with one of my Lieutenants and he pushed me until I got there. 315 is where I plateaued until I hit the tren. I doubt I will ever go higher as my wrist and elbow joints started popn and crackn.

I did my tren cycle wrong. First pin was first day in gym in 9 months after a back injury. I was upset my bench dropped to 225 8x. I don't max since I work out alone. After 7 weeks I hit 300 8x this morning then 2 sets of 275 8x. I wish I would have waited till I gained my strength back. Most I ever did before was 275 8x and it took a while to get there.
 
get on fish oil bro.. you are young and if you are getting cracking at your age it won't get better.

i would hit 2g of fish oil a day.. its a lot i know but it will help bigtime.. eating oily fish, olive oil, avocado, omega cage free eggs are gonna help your joint health.
 
Tren is the greatest steroid known to mankind. How has it affected me? Turned my sloppy physique into the look of a bodybuilder. Originally took me from 205 to 235. Then took me from 210 to 250. Both times without increasing fat. Actually possible fat decrease. I'm not exagerating in any way. Of course I was running a few other compounds but Tren is what puts on the size while recomping you so that you grow in the right places. It's awesome stuff. Golden nectar.
 
^^^ I hear ya bro, this stuff is amazing! It's so powerful even in low doses. It added weight and dropped fat content. I ultimately want to get to 235, so hopefully I'll maintain 90% of my gains till my next cycle and get there.
