How has fuel affected you

I’m a former owner /operator of an 18 wheeler. The prices of fuel have truly put an end to my career that I loved and was proud of. I started my business from the ground up and in the beginning if $500-$1200 a day wasn’t bad enough, it became $1500-$1900 a day for fuel. So with that said selling my trucks and trailers was like trying to sell cancer.
I appreciate that GOD & GOOD FRIENDS has given me a new path to pursue my goal of being a business owner. The only fortunate thing about all this fuel BULLSHIT is I had a enough business sense to get out of trucking long before this got fuel really got out of hand, wish I could say the same for a lot of my friends. How has this affected you????????

Its been bad for the guys who make a living in freight since they have been absorbing the brunt of the fuel price increases up till now. But they can't keep up anymore. There is bound to be an adjustment to pass the price increase to all of us who buy this stuff being shipped. Everything from cars to food to building materials already has shipping/fuel costs built into the final ticket price. All the prices will increase...

There is a lot of pain for a lot of people on the way...
