How does this diet look to you guys...

My goal is to maintain current strength and bodyweight of 200lbs, while cutting from 15% to 10% bf. Up until this diet, I have been eating like crap. I plan on starting a Eq/Test En/A-dex stack for 10 weeks soon.

3800-4000 calories
375-400g protein
250-300g carbs
110-130g of fat

This is split up among 8 meals. Almost all of my fat comes from flax oil or animal fats. Most carbs are consumed before 4PM.
What do you guys think?

4000cals/day is not a cutting diet by any means
 
I am 202 lbs. and trying to cut down from a similar bodyfat as you. I am doing about 2450 calories with 30 minutes low intensity AM cardio everyday. 4,000 calories seems pretty damn high for a cutting diet.

I also run sprints 2x/week and light cardio 1x/week

I thought about running this diet throughout my cycle to put on good mass, and then cut back the calories and start some tren. Any suggestions?
