how does my fitness program look

New Workout Program-Includes mostly waterbury method with some crossfit sprinkled in.


I am 5'7 181lbs now about 19% according to the Army tape I was 22% and 203 lbs at the begining of my cutting.

Diet:2200cals, 210protein, 120carbs, 40-55fat


Supplements:
I have:

Multi:Animal Pak until its gone (6 bags left) then ast multi-pro (1 a day)
Creatine:Animal Pump
Protein:Pina Coloda, ON Cookies and Cream, ISOpure 0 carb
EFA:Man Vaporize
Fat-Burner:Clen, T3, Basic Cuts, Man Scorch
MISC:E-BOL, Letrozole, L-carnite, Pottasium, Taurine. 3 boxes of low fat oatmeal and 1 thing of quaker oats...A Shitload of Steak and Chicken a couple bags of veggies and Eggs. No Bread, Or any other carbs. Water 1-1.5 gallon a day.


Before anyone things I'm taking these all at the same time I am not. I just have all these items at the same time. In fact I am trying to find a way to fit some of them together. I am currently using Animal Pak, Pump(Preworkout only), EBOL, Letrozole. I am thinking of buying juggernaut nutrition Oral turnibol and winztrol and making a stack of Winztorl, Turnibol, Clen with multi, Pump, Liver tabs, taurine, pottasium, Body Octane.



Steady dose for whole cycles
But in starting tommorow I am going to start doing Clen with Benydryl 150-200mcg(2 25mg bennys before bed)-Steady dose
T3: 75mg-Steady dose
Letrozole: 2.5mg-Steady dose
e-bol 2 servings of 3 pills
Animal Pak-After Breakfast
Animal Pump-Only before weight workouts


Considering the supplements I have bros what do you think I should do?Or how do you think I should use these products and what products should I add?
My main goals are:
Lose BF%-from 19% to 13%(According to Army Standard)
Lose weight-from 181lbs to 170lbs
Increase Stamina-2 miles in under 14minutes
Increase Muscle Endurance-100PU and 100SU in 2 minutes
Increase Speed-
Get Rid of my Gyno-

Squats:3x10

DB Bench Press:3x10

Cardio:40 mins treadmill interval




Monday:

Army PT:2.5mile self paced run or Ability group run for 20minutes

Squats:3x5
SLDL:3x8
Back Extension:2x25
Hanging knee to Elbow:3x15

Cardio:30mins



Tuesday:

Army PT:Circuit Training (Body weight, Pushup, Situps, Calistenics)

Dead Lift:3x10
Power Clen:3x8
Incline DB Press:3x10
DB Bent over row:3x8
BB Mil Press seated:3x10
Dips:3x15
Cavs:3x20

Cardio:20mins



Wed:
Morning:Army PT either Indian run or Fartleks






Thurs:

Morning:Army PT Circuit Training body weight


SLDL Deadlift:2x15
Leg Press:3x20
BB Row:2x10
DB Flat Bench:3x10
Side Laterals:3x10
Lat Pulldown:3x8

Cardio:15mins




Friday:

Morning:1SG Deathrun 6-9miles

Afternoon:Drown Prood Training:




Saturday:

Air Squats:3 minutes worth
Pushups:2 minutes, 1:30min, 1:00min
L-pullups:1 minute, 30 sec
3 800 meter runs
3 400 meter runs
 
wow. you do a lot of stuff. for hwo long have you been following this routine? I honestly doubt that you can do all of this for a long period of time, especially on a diet.
I'd recommend you to lift 3 times a week on days that dont interfere with your intense cardio sessions. ripptoe's 3x5 or madcows intermediate 5x5 would be my first choices.
dont take clen or t3 for now b/c your goals are well within your reach without them.
 
Seriously -- drop the t3. That stuff can interfere with your thyroid function LONG after you stop taking it. You want to lose another ten pounds and your at 19%? That will be EASY with the diet/exercise laid out.

I pretty much agree that your workout program is too much, esp. with sun and mon being back to back, and with all the cardio. You need something really simple. You're def at the beginner stage in terms of progress, so train like a beginner.
 
My 19% is IAW with the Army BF tape so I probally ain't really 19%.


I was going to try that this week. I am trying to find a program that will help me accomplish all my goals and also allow a little rest.
