Use yer olive oil on food, salad dressing as mentioned, toss your whole wheat pasta in it, mix it with balsamic vinegar and dip your bread in it, drizzle it on your chicken, toss veggies in it, the list goes on as long as you have a nice flavorful oil. For this, dont get extra virgin, because it is so light it lacks flavor, virgin is great.
As a side note......extra virgin? WTF is an extra virgin????? I want one!!
Flax -- as part of a salad dressing or in a protein shake
Olive Oil -- I cook with it, salad dressing, just drizzle it over food, etc
And Pintoca -- you can buy a Mister from a kitchen store that you pour the olive oil into it and the mister allows you to use the bottled oil as a spray....
I used to just down the UDO's in the morning. Before my oatmeal.. But I have been adding peanut butter to it instead.. So after my workout I don't feel like dealing so I wimped out and got the gel caps... Yeah I am a geek
