Scrambled, but switching to just egg whites..... i think...... maybe.............. thats a hard one for me to give up. Omlettes with ham and ugh (cheese)... i gotta change that too.
Omelette w/bacon and sharp cheddar, or scrambled. I have the palate of a 9 year old, and still think that yolks and whites are icky if they're not combined.
used to like them over-easy. . .now i want them over-hard. . .i don't do dippy eggs anymore. . .not sure why. . .just woke up one morning and said "no more". . .
I would never touch an egg without the yolk cooked, so in our house we boil up a dozen. if I scramble then I'll add 1 table spoon of milk for each egg. my daughters call this "fluffy eggs" or once in a while fried over hard.-----even the "American Egg Board" has warnings against consuming raw or lightly cooked eggs on the grounds that the egg may be contaminated with Salmonella
