How do you eat coming off a bulk diet?

I didnt post this on the diet forum because I only want feedback from AAS users. I have recently been looking into keto and carb cycle diets - I am not really familiar with either one, I have never been into structured diets - I just typically set goals in Protein/Fat/Carb percentages and amounts, and daily caloric intake amounts, then stick to that. For example, I eat between 3,000 and 3,600 cals a day, 280-320g Protein, 160-220g Carbs, 95-115g Fat, all complex carbs and try for as much good fat as possible.

I am a couple weeks from the end of my first AAS cycle, 500mg/wk of test for 14 weeks. I couldnt work out 3 of these weeks due to a fractured vertebrae I'm 24, 6'0, and weighed 177.8lbs at the start of the cycle. In week 7 I weighed 195.3, all pretty lean gain (I had been eating super low calories prior to this, 177 is small for me!). Now that Im finally back in they gym I am at 198, and have noticed I have put on some fat (I kept eating like I was still working out the whole time I was hurt). Its not a lot, but I dont like it! I need to figure out how to eat - both potential adjustments for the end of the current cycle (one that would allow my muscle and weight gains to continue and still burn off fat - if it wont allow the muscle gains to continue Ill keep my current diet till the end of cycle as I know it works, and thats my main goal), and (mainly) how I should eat between cycles. How do you eat coming off a bulk cycle, and what are your physical goals (keeping gains, losing fat, etc)?

BTW - When I say between cycles... I have a Test/Eq 16 week cycle planned for probably April

There are some ways that are better than others but it is hard to give you the best diet and plans since I know nothing about your, your history, training and etc.

Keep protien high, fats mod and carbs low-mod
But I find it best to eat like I am ON when I am really OFF. If I start to get fat, I will start cardio instead of dropping calories
