How do you control the rage?

GDF

New member
I am two weeks into an 8 week Sustanon/Tren cycle. I am starting to feel the burn in my brain already and am wondering what if anything is out there to help reduce it. I have cycled plenty and have dealt with the rage quite a few times but figuered I would ask if anyone takes anything that brings calm or a sense of well being to reduce the irritabilty/lack of patience.

Go grab a pencil neck geek & beat the shit out of him!:)

That's the best time to work out. Lift, Run, Cardio. Channel that
fierce emotion into a positive thing...Burn it off physically.

Try to remind yourself that you are "under the influence", so to speak, and get a handle on it. It's all in your head, bro.

Wow! spoken like a true expert.

Dont let the stereo types label yo too bro! Extra agression is good in the weight room but bad infront of other people. I had some pretty bad rage as a teen and on roids, you just need to focus it productively. When you feel like exploding just go to the gym, fuck your woman, or jack off or something, hit a fuckin punching bag til the stuffing comes out!!!!

I can't relate. I don't get the rage, ever. im just a mellow guy

You are fortunate. I have a bit of a temper, gear or not.

I ripped the arms and legs off a high school kid (with my bare hands and teeth)who flipped me off and spit on my BMW.

He's disabled, hangs out on the front porch these days....

his name is Matt. :FRlol: :lmao: :spit: LOLOLOLOL!!!

lol! I got a few buddys with the rage, all are natty to. I am usually the one who's got to calm these dudes down. but im pretty good at at it so its all good.

i just started my 6th week of my first cycle ever. of test e. and i have already noticed some extra aggresion and irritability & ive been getting pretty pissed off over small dumb shit . i have a pretty bad temper in the first place so that may have something to do with it. im pretty worried i might snap on one of my close friends or girlfriend over some dumb shit if it continues to get more severe. when i start to get pissed off i try telling myself just to chill out but the feeling of "rage" tends to overpower it. even before i was on test. maybe i should start popping xanex or somethin to keep myself mellow lol i dunno

I think that if you are part girl and take aas you will get increased aggressiveness but if you are all man in the first place you will not even notice the difference in your aggression.
lol

I am a very mellow, mild, don't give a shit kind of guy but gimme test, gimme tren or masteron and I am a tear heads off pro bodybuilders...

Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

xanex causes irritability also. try the dermacrine and lowering the dose. also remember what is more important to you. dont wait until it is to late. there are people who fuck their lives up with steroids. they put their obsession before their family and lose their family. i know 2 people who did it. they couldnt handle the juice and they didnt communicate with the people in their life. you cant act like an ass hole half of the time and expect people to forgive you.

i also have a temper. my girlfriend and i decided together that i would start running cycles but at her say so i would stop. i also ask her once in a while if every thing is still ok.

roid rage is for weak people........or people with some kind of imbalance... no offence

i have friends that drink 1 beer and go nuts wanting to fight everyone... they obviously have something wrong in there head...

i can do a gram of test and 875mg tren a week and have no urge to yell at anyone... unbless provoked

AS long as I smack my girl around every couple of weeks my rage usually stays under control.

IMO it's in your head. If you can't get a grip, do your fellow juicers a favor and get off the juice and stop giving the community a bad name.

I honestly love to pieces how people try and promote steroids by claiming they have no side effects.

I could type a book but people only want to see what they want to see so it would be a waste of my time as well as yours :)

exactly....worst I ever found was tren makes me grumpy...so I dont use it...
But it doesnt cause rage, but if you are an asshole then it helps make you a bigger one...its just an excuse that some like to use to get away with certain behaviours

I have a similar experience, although now that its fall he hangs out in the pile of leaves and we call him Russel. In the summer, he chills in the pool and we call him Bob.

Not trying to be a dick, but I truly believe if you can't control yourself while on you shouldn't be on at all. It can only lead to bad things for yourself, and the entire bodybuilding scene. Please control your emotions bro.

Brah, what sides are these?

Headaches? Very simple: Increase in BP as a result of water retention. Normal symptom of BP are headaches. :)

Acne? This isn't rocket science :)

Lack of sleeping? Tren is quite famous for this but others experience anxiety and the same on a number of other steroids.

Roid Rage is not the greatestest name for a side effect of steroids to be names however there is no doubting that this is a true phenomenon, always denied by users of course, but not all of them.

It's simple, androgens are said to increase aggression. Take roid rage as it is but that's pretty much what it is. An increase in aggression. Most can focus and use this in the gym. The term roid rage is often associated with teenagers using steroids for football and baseball to get bigger and cause they are often so young, they cannot control their temper/anger.

like i said u get every side possible even including acne from gh...ur obviously prone to sides unlike alot others...
i have no rage, headaches,(other then my kid screaming)been sleeping well at night now even on 700mg tren ew,no acne,bp was 115/68 when i checked it other day...
everyone is different and the sides are completely blown out of proportion

Beyond the part mentioned that I also believe it's true which is an asshole on steroids will only be a bigger asshole, there is also the part of your lifestyle, if you have a stressful job, where you have to be agressive at some extent being on roids definitely it's not going to help keeping your temper.

Perhaps this is true but two things, one of which you mentioned, the other which you did not:

1. Everyone is different

2. Everyone loves to speak about the short terms side effects but no one fully knows the long term side effects. Everyone loves to think if they don't suffer right now, they don't suffer later on.

It's somehow like smoking albeit a bad example. Someone does not get cancer from smoking one cigarette.

Is someone going to post up how tren didn't kill or cause cancer in cows or some other steroid on rats...

My point is that everyone on here loves to say steroids do not cause side effects and take substance x to overcome the problems of substance y and take substance b to overcome the problems of susbtance a but have their been any studies on what happens when substance x and a are mixed with y and b or for that matter what to take to overcome sides of x and a?

Just sayin there may just be another side to the story that not everyone likes to believe or really look in to.

LOL I like how you put it.

From my experience I do get more aggressive, but I know it is mostly in my head because of my size and strength. It is easy to feel like Superman and think that nobody can do anything to you. For example when walking on the sidewalk one of my biggest peeves is people that expect you to get out of there way and step off when they are walking side by side. I used to just step off and go on my way pissed, now I stare at them and they get out of my way; or I will let them bump into me and usually say something vulger to them. I'm definitely more outspoken, but I always remember to try to keep it inside because if something bad does happen it can mean someone gets hurt, killed or ends up in jail.

I don't really think it has to do with roid rage now that I think about it. I had social anxiety when I was younger and avoided crowded areas. There are just too many people in this world, most of which I can't stand and that piss me off. My life has always had close relation to Murphy's Law that is why I never go out late and stay at home most of the time.

LOL I like how you put it.

LOl. I'm a bartender on a busy bar and I have to answer only to my two bosses and a manager, one of my bosses is a juice head himself. That place get's packed with thirsty people every weekend at some point most are drunk (drinking too much makes people retarded) and there's the gorgeous but dumb waitresses, naturally I have to yell because the music is fucking loud, so when there's something wrong all hell breaks loose so it gets nasty and me on cycle sure makes alot harder with the anger management...:evil::evil:

I don't necessarily get more aggressive or prone to go off really, but when I do get upset it takes me a lot longer to cal down. I agree with whoever said you just need to be aware of it and just go for a walk if you feel yourself ready to blow.

I have a similar experience, although now that its fall he hangs out in the pile of leaves and we call him Russel. In the summer, he chills in the pool and we call him Bob.

We like to involve him in summer activites too. So we take Skip water skiing. We play catch with Chuck too. When we are at the beach we cover Barry in sand up to his head. I'm out Ryan...:faint:

Thisshould definitely find its way to Myth Busters:

Roid Rage: Real or Myth?

August 21st, 2007 by Paul Johnson

The mainstream media jumps on the roid rage bandwagon with cases such as Steve Benoit(the wrestler who killed his family) because they love sensationalism. They also don’t understand much about steroids and figure the public doesn’t either, so they can use that to their advantage.
Roid Rage Scientific Studies:
There have been only a few studies done on steroids and testing aggression. Some studies I have come across are Horm Behav. 2001 Nov;40(3):409-18 and Ann N Y Acad Sci. 2004 Dec;1036:399-415 and one done on human males J Clin Endocrinol Metab. 1996 Oct;81(10):3754-8 All three studies concluded that high doses of steroids (testosterone in these studies) showed an increased aggression, but not an unprovoked or irrational psychotic “roid rage”, as displayed by the media.
What does this mean?
What I been saying all along, that steroids are not really a cause of “Roid Rage”. It is people with a bad temper who are looking for an excuse to lose control and do something stupid. If anything, Alcohol is much more of a cause of rage phenomenon, considering it makes you lose your total sense of judgement. Does this mean steroids are totally innocent? No, but it’s effect on the personality is greatly overblown.
You can read another article of mine where I address many of the other Steroid facts & myths from a fair analysis, backed by experience and research.
