How do u wake up?

loollololoollll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!@#@

Doesn't seem to matter when I go to sleep, I wake up by 7am. Usually, if I get to bed by midnight or earlier, I am more than fine when I wake up. If I get to bed later than that, I may be tired when I rise, but I still end up getting going around 7...sometimes 8 on weekends.

When I go to bed, I hit the sheets and I am asleep in a matter of just a few minutes. No problems there.

For you night owls...the body was not meant to sleep during the day and be up all night ya know. You're fucking up melatonin levels and increasing cortisol levels. Might want to try avoiding excess stimulants. Keep your caffeine intake down and try to keep it strictly in the mornings. If working out late keeps you amped up, are you taking stims before w/o? If you lie awake at night thinking/worrying about stuff...well, tomorrow's another day, and there's nothing you can do about it till then. You'll be better off just going to sleep and getting enough rest so you're feeling well enough to deal with things the next day.

I could spend a week or two with anyone who says they can't get to sleep at night or aren't a morning person, etc. and by watching their daily routines, dietary habits, supplements they are or aren't taking, etc. and most likely cure them...if they were willing to take advice.

Easy for you to say, being a morning person and an easy sleeper. Some of us are our most alert from around 4pm to 2am rather than 9am to 6pm. I've always been this way. I really feel the most awake around 5-10 pm. Thats like my afternoon. Just the way my brain works. Because of my routine my body is now used to waking up early and I no longer sleep in until the afternoon. But even so I feel the most alert at night.

edit: And btw I take absolutely no stims at all, no caffeine, no chocolate, nothing. And I am like this whether I am working out at night or not working out at all. The only thing that may make a difference would be working out in the morning, but like I said I'm not a morning person so that ain't gonna happen. I like to work out when I feel most awake, around 6pm.

I have heard of Juicy Tubes. I just hate it when my hair sticks to my lips. Freaky, not sexy, lol. So, then I use Burts Bees in Champagne a lot too.

Gosh...sorry Myway. Did this just turn into a lip gloss thread? It happens.

I'm a big MAC fan. I'm a big lip gloss fan. U can hijack my thread all u want with these things. :)
My fav. is Venom. It's by DuWop. That stuff looks and feels great. Makes ur lips tingle.

I am up quick because I am in a rush. I wake up at the last minute so I can get more sleep. I shower get dressed and I am out the door. I put my makeup on when I get to work :)

Oh, I wasn't ALWAYS like this. I used to be a "night person" and definitely not a morning person. I wouldn't say I'm a morning person now. I don't jump out of bed and feel like a million bucks, I just do what I gotta do.

You say it's the way your brain works. I say you can change the way your brain works to improve yoru health. Your body will thank you. I still stand by everythign I said. I could spend a couple weeks with you and watch your routine and make recommendations. But, it's easier to just say, "this is how I am, I can't change." And, as long as you think that way, you are right.

You just proved my point right there. I also wake up early now (7am weekdays, 8-9 am weekends). I also just do what I gotta do, but I'm still a night person like you.

Morning people DO jump out of bed feeling like a million bucks. That's just how their brain is wired. I didn't say I couldn't change my schedule, I'll just never be a morning person like some other people, I'm a night person.

It's always different. I work different hours of the night and I'm very active. I can't even sleep more then 6 hours sometimes. When I finally want to sleep, I have to go to work or I'm going somewhere. I live off of Monster drinks.
