Once in a while we check out the strip clubs on our way out for the night. There's a girl I would love to get to know but don't feel right asking her at her place of work. Don't buy any lap dances beacause I don't want to be a customer. Girls as fit as her are hard to come across here in WA state. I know she gets hit on all the time but that comes with the job. So I figure she might be callused up by the time I would ask.
I've dated strippers in the past but always met them somewhere other than their work. Should I respect the fact that it's her workplace or am I being paranoid over nothing. Would definitley like to here from the women on this

Ok ..Not all strippers are trouble for the most part!! I fucking hate when people like you go and make stereotypes like that because you've met a few that were crazy! There are girls that are trouble regardless of what they do. People just assume they are trouble because they strip--no, they are just trouble because thats just who they are.
I dance, and in no way am i trouble. I dont drink, i dont party, i dont smoke, i have a daughter, and I have happily been with the same man for almost 5 years...I go to school.....NONE (and I have 15-20) of my good friends at work are TROUBLE!!
They are just reg girls like me, and if you met them outside of there you wouldnt even know.
Anyway, back to the ?
I know that I HATE being asked out at work. It doesnt matter how nice u are, cute, whatever,...we are there to make $$$, not to meet people! And if you never spent any $$, then she probably thinks you are...well, just a loser that goes to pick up chicks and never spends $$$............we hate those guys!!!!!
But who knows, maybe she is one of the select few who actually mixes her job with her social life..........

I would just ask her out. I know dancers get hit on all the time and it gets old.. I danced 10 years ago HAHA!! But I will say that my closest male friend met me at the club I worked at. I may even move out to San Diego again...

We have stayed close all these years and distance. He is a really good friend.

didn't mean to offend you alex, i have no doubts some are good people, but 90% of them are not. Thats part of the job, even if you are a good person you have to accept the stereotype that comes with the job. I don't care what anyone says, "most" strippers are not the girls you want to marry or take home to meat your mom, i mean whats the first thing your parent think, 'where do you work?", "oh im a stripper" it just sounds bad, and thats just the way it is. like your mom will believe you when you say, "oh, but she'sone of the good ones" I commend you for being a good person and not falling for all of the bad things the others have, butyou have to live with the stereotype.
