Exactly.

You can totally achieve that look naturally. To think that "look" requires that you be "on" shows a complete lack of understanding about training, diet, and what is Possible.

This is sad, so sad. People think the only way to look half decent is to grab a syringe.

And even WITH a syringe, if you dont train and diet correctly, you wont get good results. Hence thes ethreads on the boards now asking "with all of this gear out there, why doesnt everyone look jacked"?

Because too many people thik that gear is a magic bullet, and they dont train and diet correctly.

Riker and Powerforward, no one mentioned any gear. I just find it interesting when someone like that gets built quickly for a role and then goes back to being skinny. It's kind of funny, I was talking about Ed Norton a few days ago and how when I first saw that movie about 5 years ago I thought he was a monster, now he looks like a surfer to me. It's all relative to your size.

Totally true, my recollection of him from that movie was a lot bigger. But I was a lot smaller back when I saw it.

He is an actor, therefore it is his job to alter the way he looks to fit his roles.
I believe his next movie was fight club, which required him to be scrawny.
Also, I have read him saying he hated eating as much as he had to.
