How can you tell the difference between gyno and fatty deposits?

I have quite puffy looking nipples but only when Im warm. When Im cold they look great!

I have some lumps that go from my nipple accross my lower chest up under my arm pits. I can move the lumps about a bit when Im examining myself.

Does gyno just appear behind the nipple and areola and not all the way along the lower chest.

Any comments?

The multiple lumps sound like fatty deposits.

Now, to get something a bit more serious, does any one know what smegma is? I'm trying to get my hands on some.
