How can i keep the gains

last nite me and my dad got in a fight over something he said to my mom and i lost it on him and slammed him against the wall and then he knocked me down and i landed on my shoulder and dont think i will be able to train for about 2-3 weeks because of this,i have one injection left of my cycle and im scared that i will lose my gains because i wont be able to trian coming off

anything i can do to keep them? thanx
 
Get your hands on some Clen. Also, if you can still train your legs, you'll get a pretty decent "body pump" off of that. Keep your protein up as well. I hurt my shoulder at the end of a cycle and I just did legs 3x's a week, and did what limited weight I could on other things (no shoulders or chest however)... and I really didn't lose too much.

Take your shot as scheduled and continue to keep protein high. Use clomid etc. Other than that, there's not much you can do until it feels better.
I just got diagnosed with bone chips in my left wrist two weeks ago, and was told not to workout on it for 3 weeks, but I was back in the gym in a week. Don't worry too much about it, bro. You'll be back in there in no time.
 
i hope im just out for the week but i am not to sure it hurts like hell,i have a doc appointment tomorrow ill know how long for sure ill be out, i think ill be off work for the week which also means no working out seeing as i work at the gym for now

any other things i can do to help?
 
Oak just keep your protein up you should be fine...i missed 10 weeks(injury) and didn't loose any noticable muscle!!! RADAR
 
i will obviously run clomid but i have been led to believe that if you dont keep training while coming off you will lose considerable size,jsut may have been a myth though

and clen/anavar isnt a option due to funds
 
Keep those cals up!!! That is the most important thing. Train light if you can but make sure you don't put any stress on your injured shoulder cause you don't want to hurt it more. Clomid will help get your natural test back to normal fast so you will be able to keep the majority. Keep eating that protein and heal fast. Also Creatine post cycle is a good idea and it should help you recover a little faster and help you keep your strength up. Good luck bud!
