JBoxHero said:i cant do legs yet until i get the right equipment, by the way are those things where you sit down on the bench and just lift your legs up using those attached leg lifter things any good? my friend sais they arent, but I really dont have 400 bucks to spend on a proper squat rack deal.
anyways, since i have school i dont really want to come home and eat 3 protein shakes, or a bunch of those bars eather. we have chicken for dinner usually though, my roast beef for lunch, a steak/chicken burrito when i come home...
ive always had kind of a bad feeling about those bars and powders anyway, it seems like if you want to get some meat on you, you got to eat meat, not powder. can someone explain this to me real quick (cus im pretty sure the powder does help if everyone using it).
but anyways, since im not doing legs would like 120 grams be alright? remember im only 16, and 150 pounds.
and mr. x you seem experienced so how come at 16 I dont need more protein, do you think my 90 or whatever is alright? by healthy life style should i go jogging or something and not eat bad foods (which i rarely do anyways, my family has always never allowed chips and all that stuff in the house)? and what will these nuts do?
god im annoying sry
Oh and you can do legs with any equipment, anywhere!! Gawd, I'll show my age with this one, but I used to do squats with a broom handle with a jug of water tied to each end!! Or I just held a can of V8 juice (the big can) in each hand or the jug of water or sand in each hand.....
