How Big Are Your Arms?

My right arm, biceps is well 0ver 23 inches; my left arm is about 18 inches


Tore the triceps, ligaments, from the bone, will have surgery next week

The pain and swelling are killing me.

I'm way out of whack. My neck is way to big for my body. It's between 18 and 18.5. Arms are maybe 17? Small but little bones make em look ok. I haven't been able to do much for them in 5 almost 6 months due to injurys.

Hey Mac, how big are your quads? Just asking becasue you are about the same weight and bf as me but your bi's are an inch bigger?? My quads were 25" last time I checked.

Figured i would make a post like How big is your neck my arms are 1/4 in bigger than my neck arms are 17 1/4 neck is 17

my weight is 188 and i am 5.10 dont know my bf but its gotta be pretty low

My legs are an embarrassment, but quads are 25.5" and calves are only
15 3/4", but getting there.
Ya, my bi's are 2" bigger than my calves, really trying to work on that and attain some nice symmetry.

4 pack on gut.....but had back surgery, so sit ups are only on good days.
nice love handles (my pet peeve) but they are shrinking.....slowly.
dont know my body fat %....but i dont think it's to bad.
